Burcham Hills Retirement Community reviews

Thank you for your review as well as your service to Burcham Hills. We agree that building relationships with our co-workers and the residents/clients makes us unique among healthcare providers. Knowing that we make a difference everyday and that we are part of something great, does keep us engaged. We are proud to be a not-for-profit community. We strive to be fiscally responsible while ensuring care, service and quality remain top priorities. We are also proud that we have continued to provide annual raises for our employees, while several for profit organizations have not been able to claim that over the previous years. Our benefit package is above average for our industry (especially for a not-for-profit). We have also been pleased that we have been able to make improvements to keep our building and grounds up-to-date (of course, we also have to consider fiscal responsibility). Our employees have indicated a high rate of satisfaction in the recent employee surveys and we are working together to make even more improvements.

Thank you for your review and your service to Burcham Hills. We do encourage growth and development and are proud of the opportunities that our management and employees are able to take advantage of as part of our team. Engaged employees are evident throughout Burcham Hills. It brings us and others much joy to walk around the community and see the positive interactions of employees, residents and others. We are also proud of our recent engagement survey results indicating that the overwhelming majority of employees are satisfied and would recommend Burcham to others.
