Pros

Positive work environment, owners that care, friendly co-workers, great location, pet-friendly, and always encouraging employees to learn and improve...those are just a few of the many great things about C&F.

Cons

Can't think of anything that I believe is a con. There are always little things every where you work, but the pros outweigh any cons.

Marking changes for the better

Our company has made great changes in the past two years since new HR has joined the company. We now have accountability and not everyone likes that. The people leaving are the people who need to leave. We have an HR department we can talk to at any time. New managers are bringing new ideas. It's an exciting time and cultural change here.

Cons

Parking is an issue.
