Pros

Great CEO who truly cares about the employees. New Global Brands joining the customer base (4 in the Q4 alone.) A dedicated group of employees and a flexible work schedule make it an ideal place to work. You can truly feel part of a team and have a voice in the growth of the company

Cons

Still running lean and mean so can feel overwhelmed at times. Team lunch is almost always Chipotle, it would be nice for some variety!

Pros

This is an exciting company with an open and collaborative culture! The team is wired for accomplishment and enthusiastic about the many ways in which it is helping iconic companies crack the code of cross-channel, cross-device, multi-touch attribution. From the Founders and CEO throughout the company, everyone has pride in the work we are doing as a pioneer in this space and the many awards and accolades earned. The office space is new and open with lots of breakout areas for collaboration and comfort. Management team members are open and communicate well with the team. The management team provides opportunity for, and encourage, work-life balance e.g. the office closes at 3p on Friday.

Cons

As a high-growth company, team members sometimes wear lots of hats. Some people are not as comfortable in this kind of fast-paced, and rapidly-changing environment while many others find it to be exciting! It is a great opportunity for those who want an opportunity and who want to be part of building something together.
