Good people working here, just plagued with a streak of bad management making very poor or selfish decisions.

Pros

A very casual working environment, company workerbees are almost exclusively made up of good people, (sometimes) flexible schedules, comfortable offices, good location

Cons

Constantly changing focus by management means whatever was important last week is probably not today, little to no training, extremely poor top leadership, All middle management is either performing the role of their subordinates (for more money), micromanaging, or doing nothing. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians.

Pros

Flexible work environment. Company does have good Products on Sheet pile & the Aluminum Fabrication side.

Cons

Unethical top management that will set unrealistic goals & outright not pay even if you do hit the goal. No Trust No support. Very deceitful group. Lots of talk with Buzz words with no plan of action.
