Really great company to work for in the fact that you get tons of hands on learning and help from some of the smartest and talented people in the industry. The upper management is extremely helpful and caring towards you and all of your coworkers. There is plenty of work to do in multiple fields.

At the moment I still haven't found any of the cons.
