work/life balance, good insurance plan, interview process is quick if the company is lack of workforce

Cons

non-transparent management, limited opportunity to improve skill sets, compensation is below the average. And whenever you faced some issues, management and HR were always very inefficient. Everything was solved in the last minute.

Worst company to work for. In my whole experience I came across the worst Management people. If you really want to built your career than never ever join this company.
