Cadence Academy in Pine Meadow is a top of the line center. After working there for 8 years, I can truly say that the school culture is similar to that of family. The team of staff, the school director, and the families are absolutely incredible. I would recommend this center to anyone with little ones. The staff feel like an extension of family and the center feels like an extension of home. There is an excellent PTO package, sick time, and benefits available for employees. Staff are very appreciated.

Working at Candace Academy has given me the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. One of the biggest pros is being able to make a difference in children’s lives every day. Watching them learn new things, hit milestones, and form their own personalities is incredibly rewarding. The environment at Candace Academy also allows me to be creative with activities, whether it’s through crafts, games, or story time. I enjoy building relationships not only with the kids, but also with their families and my coworkers, who often feel like a second family themselves. The structured schedule here helps create consistency for the children and for staff, and it has taught me patience, teamwork, and problem-solving skills I can carry anywhere.
