The company does not provide paid maternity leave, The company reduced paid holidays from 11 to 5 without notice, no cost of living adjustments, and no consistent raise, even for promotions. They even opposed legislation for family sick leave, which is ironic for a company claiming to prioritize employee health and well-being given that it is a medical company.
If you value your skills, well-being, and work-life balance, I strongly advise against working here. In my experience, this company did not prioritize its employees, offer little to no, opportunity for growth or fail compensation, and fosters a culture of disrespect and poor leadership,
There are many organizations out there that will appreciate your hard work, provide competitive benefits, and maintain a professional and supportive environment. Unfortunately, this company is not one of them.
