Helping people, there is always something new to learn and to improve on. Every day is different, the job is rewarding because it is challenging and you get to make a difference

It can be repetitive at times but your workload always changes so it’s good experience

Pros

Retirement program begins shortly after you begin. Medical, Dental, Vision after 4mos

Cons

Unhappy employees. Fast turnover. Medical and dental plans are low end; many dentists do not accept your insurance and ones that do try to force unnecessary deep cleanings to get more money. Pay is too low for what you have to do. Training is substandard and training material is confusing. Some managers treat you like a child and could use pointers on professional behavior.
