Ever since working for Callsign I’ve been able to tackle a variety of interesting problems. Coming up with creative solutions is about 90% of the job. I love it here! Feels good because I know not everyone can say that.

Pros

Great products that hold up well in the market. Very customer centric but equally as employee centric. Looks great on your resume. Worked with a team of bright engineers who were focused and business minded. I would still be working here but my home circumstances changed and I had to take a step back to focus on my family.

Cons

The technology could use some updating.

Highly satisfying work that meets all of my needs. I feel comfortable around my co-workers. Management is understanding and co-operative. Exposure to cutting edge technology. Competitive compensation. Management will acknowledge your hard work. Appreciation is freely given.

Cons

All the cons stem from the fact that Callsign is a young company. I’d like to see better benefits in the future but I’ll settle with what we have now.
