Pros
Candel has ongoing clinical trials from phase 1 through phase 3 involving oncolytic virus immunotherapy platforms so it is a very dynamic place to be. Paul Peter is a knowledgeable and experienced CEO who communicates clearly to set the vision and provide inspiration. The company has a strong leadership team who sets strategies and clear goals for teams. The culture at Candel is friendly and collegial and the teams are hard-working and motivated to help patients - it is a great place to work.
Cons
The office is not located in the Cambridge hub (maybe that is a good thing?)
