Flexibility is huge. This company is absolutely amazing. I have never worked for more understanding, kind owners that CPI has! Great teamwork, communication, and we have fun!

Care Planning Institute treats all of their team members like their most valuable asset. Decision making and changes are patient centered and not just financially driven. The care teams truly care about patient care and an individualized approach to care planning. Team member recognition is constant at Care Planning Institute. Work life balance is also a top priority at Care Planning Institute.

Cons

I have worked in healthcare for almost 25 years, and this is the very first time in my career where I can honestly say that I have not a single complaint about the company, the leadership, the team members, my position, pay, benefits and care delivery.
