Cons
This is a dead-end job with no prospects of promotion / department transfers unless you are a favorite. Extremely high and unrealistic workload, very poor communication, very little direction and resources, extremely high turnover rate, low compensation and poor benefits only 1% match for 401k, most dentist don't accept your insurance, however for medical $150 deductible is nice for PPO.
