Pros

I've been with CareVet for five years, and during that time I've learned so much through the different roles I've held and the opportunities I've been given. If you're willing to work hard, there are plenty of opportunities to explore different teams, grow within the company, earn internal promotions, and discover an area you're truly passionate about. To me, CareVet feels like family, and so do the people I work with. I've built meaningful relationships with my coworkers, and I truly can't imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

Like any young and growing company, CareVet has experienced its share of growing pains. However, I've seen firsthand how much we've evolved over the years, and I'm confident we'll continue growing toward the vision that Dr. Kent and Greg set out to create.

Pros

Great people and a collaborative work environment. You're encouraged to share new ideas and contribute to initiatives that support the business. The CEO and senior leadership team are actively involved in the day-to-day operations. The company offers a great work-life balance, unlimited PTO, and a nice office. Overall, it's a supportive environment with plenty of opportunities to collaborate, learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

Cons

There isn't a lot of formal training, so this company is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, learns quickly, and can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
