Pros

Company is good, Work culture is very relaxed, you have full freedom and flexibility to experiment.

Cons

Growth isn't that great, Work is good if you have to start some complete code rewrite, else you can go for months on end without any significant work. Nobody is that enthusiastic regarding work.
