Start up life can be tricky

-This is a all talk company with zero substance and knowledge in the industry. -Management has no conviction in their business plans and ideas, love to change direction all the time depending on their mood. (reminds of my gf during that time of the month) -Nothing great has actually come out from the company yet. - Pay is always late - Many useless roles just because useless people are bringing their own useless friends in, thus creating many Indian Chiefs - Cut a whole team of staff to "change" direction and business model only to be doing the same thing again down the road many months later with a different group of people - Sister company is another company to talk about but that's another thing altogether. Just know that they won't grant you your wishes like how a genie should. (Pun Intended) Whoever that is reading this, take your time to read through all the reviews (from the first to the last) and judge for yourself why was there a sudden spike in bad reviews and a sudden wave of positive reviews almost instantly ?
