-- Company has good product line and vision -- talented pool of resource -- Ping Pong table -- you can maintain balance between work and personal life, depending on your team ofcourse. -- good company to work with.

--need to improve the performance structure . They are taking corrective actions now... hope they continue in the right direction. -- max 2 week holidays in a row...
