At Centerline, I am treated with the respect and autonomy to do my job. There is a work life balance here that the rest of corporate America was not able to offer. The small company vibe makes you feel seen and heard with decisions.

Cons

The company can be reactive in terms of decisions, but that is to be expected with a smaller company.
