Pros

Friendly, informal, yet professional. Medical Plan, Short-Term, Intermediate, and Long-Term Disability Benefits. Put their employees wellbeing first.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging in services positions. Hard to move up if you are not friends with someone in higher positions.

This is a job that you look forward to going to. The quality of the training and employees here is outstanding.

My position is not a standard/regular 40 hour work week for full time.
