Pros

The patients are the only positive. They bring food in for employees sometimes. Those are the only positives for working at this place.

Cons

Management is thick with nepotism. Therapists have a very high turnover. Management controls the therapy and type of therapy you do with each pt. You are not a licensed professional on your own, you are only a drone. DO NOT WORK HERE. One co worker lost over 40 lbs due to stress, the other had to go on antidepressants. Terrible work/life balance.

Pros

The patients are the pros I love them so much!! To bad the company ruined it for them and good people are leaving

Cons

Not enough pay and full of unbroken promises. They have a new point system if you have four In a year than your fired! Sorry if u have kids they don't except dr notes either!! They only allow 3 sick days a year ONLY if you have the PTO available. If you are one minute late that's a point.. If your sick and need to be off or u need to be home with your kids that's a point.. If a pt has behavior and gets the employee badly, they expect u back to work the next day.. They pay lousy and too many groupies..they take you from your patient all shift long and expect you to be superman or woman.. It's ALOT!! Too much to type on here..........
