CEO has no ethics. Hire and Fire approach. If the company doesn’t perform well, everyone else except the CEO and the Managers above are responsible. If you are a Manager, this is a heaven for you, if not approach with caution

AI is going to dramatically impact all of us - exposure to this space is fascinating. Some eng folks worked together in the past, so collaborate well together within their group

Cons

Business side culture is toxic, led by a founder CEO who is insecure and immature narcissist. As a result, dynamics between individuals and teams lack trust & collaboration, and biz is way behind projections; no easy fix to internal challenges so very little energy & bandwidth to address the real challenge - creating and scaling a new market
