Very unprofessional environment. • Extreme micromanagement — 2–3 people constantly monitor you for 7 hours, tracking what you are doing, how many times you go to the cafeteria or washroom. • Fake promises about parties and other benefits. • Leadership lacks proper technical knowledge. • Focus is only on using AI tools without understanding what the AI is generating in the code. • Management keeps saying “we are the most profitable company,” but there is no flexibility. • If you leave the office early, you will be questioned the next day and asked to justify the reason. • Bangalore office has a strong micromanagement culture. • Managers have little or no Salesforce knowledge. • If you raise concerns, you only receive excuses instead of solutions. • High chances of frustration — you may start thinking about leaving within a month. • If you are joining as Associate, Senior, Lead, or Manager, think multiple times before accepting the offer.
