Pros
This company is all about the people. I love being able to communicate with my bosses face-to-face. They trust me to make smart decisions based on my experience and education, but they will offer insight when I need it. Great health benefits, and an ESOP company.
Cons
We're behind the times when it comes to a CRM or other technology, but we're slowly working toward more software updates.
