I kept seeing negative reviews through my email, so I felt I needed to share my experience. I have been with Charter for over ten years now. We offer a few specialized programs, have incredible faculty, and produce well-qualified graduates. I have worked for a big, evil university in the past, and this isn't it. The team at Charter is dedicated to giving the students the best experience they can. Charter has been a great place to work, and I plan on sticking around.

Cons

It can certainly be controlled chaos. Charter is always changing, adapting, and modernizing. That can result in things being hectic at times. But ultimately, I feel like we always get to a good spot.

not flexible, need to work on diversity and inclusion, too many meetings, cutting meetings will help with overall productivity
