Pros

Different Centers & Different Kids, Do support your schedule for the most part if the school is find with it.

Cons

All these schools simply need CCC because these centers have trouble hiring staff. And the reason because well other then management is couple reasons. #1 is Location- most of these schools its locations are some areas that people don't even know if there is a existing center or its in a ghetto neighborhood and only 2 centers I been the location ain't bad but its still below average. #2 not well funded and that means not much resources can be provided because how these centers basically have like almost to like no money and to get money is the center has to get awards and to get awards these centers need a strong leader and know the child care game to get money. #3 the size, yes the size of these centers do play and this can be a factor, also 2 centers I been is a franchise but it doesn't mean nothing. #4 most of these teachers are lacking heart somewhat meaning its only about the pay check they earn and not really about the children since these teachers do punish the children in a way instead of educating the children. CCC doesn't listen to their employees when there is a problem instead it will take the center's side, declining because of a school location will get you minus points too if unfortunate.

Pros

Make your own schedule Somewhat behind the scenes of being in the child care field. Experience different schools and kids each time. Pay every Friday if working for the week.

Cons

Well first off there ain't any benefits due to you are just a substitute for a teacher that is absent that day or the school needs extra help daily. The Schools are below average because #1 Location- most of these schools are in high crime neighborhoods #2 Short on staff- pretty straight forward and it ties to #1 reason why. #3 not well funded- meaning most of these schools don't have enough money and when this happens the toys, setting and meals aren't that well for the kids and staff. #4 Staff not really motivated- most of the staff I see is just in it for the money even though their salary ain't that high and that goes for the directors too because both don't really seem to care about the field. Also CCC employees don't really care about their job either since some coordinators well get mad at you even you are uncomfortable to go to that school due to the location. No pay lunch. Gas milage pay for somewhat but not paid lunch.

Pros

Pay every Friday if you have an assignment for the week and week before. Sometimes you will be at a location for awhile because the center needs extra help. Lastly the kids of course because there are always be like a kid or a good batch will love their time with you even though you ain't their main teacher.

Cons

Location- These centers mostly in like bad areas of the city or outside of town. You will see and hear disturbing things behind the scenes from these centers which the parents or the gurdians will never see. Assignments are usally like by text, sometimes phone call which can be frustrating for us CCC employees because let's be honest not everyone is glued to their phones 24/7! Also because of this you can loose points and get fired. Also CCC doesn't understand employees instead we are just a number even when we try to explain what went wrong with the site instead the only way to slove is the issue is just block the site. CCC also pain in the butt to call if you need something because its usally like 1 person answering the phone.
