Recently started with Choisys a few months ago and so far things are going well: - Communication: Leadership/management is approachable and has been open and supportive during the ramp-up period. Encouraging learning and setting aside some time for one on ones and training - Encourage flexibility: my manager lets me manage my work according to my own schedule - Recommendations: Management takes feedback and encourages process improvement and values recommendations. I've been at very few companies where I felt like I could make a recommendation that would actually make a difference, but George and Tony take our ideas seriously and consider their implementation
Cons
- Less connection with other employees not on the same contract or team, so it's harder to get to know colleagues, this could also be because of the nature of govcon and working in cleared facilities across the country
Integrity - They do the right thing
Innovative
Well led
Cons
In the 2 years I worked with the company, I didn't find a down side. The best way I can say it, I felt loved. They took care of me, supported me with training if I needed and provided support when I asked for it.
