Good shop and equipment, no weekends or evening hours, you have most of the support and technical resources you need.

Cons

Long days make you work 11 hour shift with no overtime, pay is flat rate with little concern given to how many hours you turn. Management wants to make most of their money on parts mark up rather than labor so if they want to be competitive on jobs they trim labor hours paid to their technicians. Benefits are marginal and Christian values are second to the almighty dollar. I also believe that many of reviews on this site on the overwhelming positive side are by employees told to post them.

Pros

The people at Christian Brothers really want you to succeed. Each person understands that to get where you want to go, you have to help the people around you get where THEY want to go.

Cons

It's a small company so the marketing budget isn't huge like the big boys. But they do invest in repair technology like diagnostic tools. And with each store being owned by a separate person, the customer database is separate, too, but that's not a big deal.
