I have been working at Chroma ATE (Irvine Office) for nearly a year, and it has been a very stable, work-life balance, and rewarding experience. The work environment is focused and drama-free—everyone is dedicated to their responsibilities and genuinely wants to help you succeed in your role. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Many employees have 10–30+ years of experience, and it’s common to meet people who have been with the company for 5–15 years or more. Chroma ATE offers many opportunities to learn new things, experience a growing business, and even travel. The work hours are flexible, and the culture is very much work-focused without micromanagement—your job is simply to do your best.
