You can make connections with different customer at Big company but not really useful.

Cons

Low pay compare to the market RD team doesnt know what they are doing. If you work for service and application team, you will have to deal with all the poor design RD made and RD doesnt take feedback on what other people say. They just do their own thing and have service team to deal with customer anger and frustration. You dont learn anything at this company because they dont really train you or help you growth. They just want someone to fill out the spot and do work.

8 days PTO per year and 8 holidays. Meager health plans. Lack of collaboration between branches. Old facilities. Stingy people.
