There’s so much change going on, and all the leadership is working to make sure everyone has an opportunity to grow.

Cons

If you are change averse, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to work here.

Pros

Church Community Builder is hands down the best company I have ever worked for! The culture is top notch, the pay and benefits are good, and work-life balance is great.

Cons

This is a Mac-only shop. I don't like Macs. They are slow, overpriced garbage.

Pros

Church Community Builder's leadership has consistently done an incredible job of hiring phenomenal people, and nurturing a great culture in which those people can thrive. Couple that with a very clear and meaningful goal, and you have the kind of place worth building a career around.

Cons

As the company has grown they struggled a little with internal communication among teams, but when I left that was being improved.
