Cons

Management is inept, constantly lies to employees, makes promises of promotion and advancement without follow thru.. GM is too busy having affair with owner to do her job.

Able to do personal activities during free time (schoolwork/games on laptop, etc.

Cons

Pay is bad, depending on area, you can get slammed with rushes especially for groups coming in. You meet many interesting characters, especially at night, who may be super creepy.
