Pros
The people, first and foremost. They are supportive, innovative, and passionate about their work. Clipboard also has a great culture, great management, and nurtures talent. As a startup, you get to know everyone really well and become involved/understand their vision and where the company is going.
Cons
As it's small, there's not always opportunities to move positions in the company.
