Pros

This is one of the best desi owned company I have worked for. They are very prompt on payment, dealing and ethical. Once the contract is done between you and them, they honor it. Unlike many others who back track their promises. They were transparent on GC process as well.

Cons

Prompt pay check. Maintains good transperancy.
