Pros

The product is strong. The management team is engaged. Pay is on target for the Bay Area. Very teamwork oriented culture. No jerks work there.

Cons

Not many people have heard of the company. They have some very challenging customers. Employees are spread across several offices and countries.

Pros

Clustrix really does have it all....a solid product well positioned in the market, super smart and energetic people solving difficult problems, and a company culture that is collaborative and positive. Make no mistake - these people are focused and driven, but the environment is fun too. I could see being here a long time!

Cons

It would be nice to have everyone in the same geographic location (staff is mostly spread across San Francisco, San Jose and Seattle), but they do a good job staying connected through chat and video conference.
