Pros

I feel like Cogent wants me to succeed, not just for their corporate gain but for my own personal growth. The culture at Cogent is centered on the individual rather than simply pleasing the client, which is something you'd be very hard-pressed to find anywhere else.

Cons

Cogent is not a good company for you if you do not want to learn and grow! Now since you are reading this review I will assume that you do want to be in a place that would boost your career, Cogent is truly that place!
