Starting as an Assistant Project Manager in 2018, I was given a project to build a new platform for one of the existing customers. I learnt the art of balancing technical requirements, client expectations, and internal resource constraints—becoming a vital part of the team. Also to know the product and always keep customer first.
As I progressed to a Project Manager in 2020, the responsibilities expanded. Managing multiple lines of business, handling project risks, and ensuring timely delivery became my forte. Cogitate helped me in developing my skills in creating agile project plans, optimizing resource utilization, and enabling strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
In their current role as a Senior Project Manager, I began leading teams across diverse business lines. My contributions included driving cost-saving initiatives, mentoring team members, and crafting structured project management strategies. What truly sets them apart is their ability to combine technical precision with a people-first approach, ensuring every project meets its goals while maintaining a healthy work environment for their team.
My growth is a testament to Cogitate’s commitment to nurturing talent. I have not only grown as a professional but also contributed to the company’s success by helping in develop core base products, making intuitive User Interface/Experience and building lasting client relationships. From planning and executing projects to preparing detailed business requirement documents and conducting project audits, it truly reflects the opportunities Cogitate provides to excel and lead.
