Pros

I worked at Cogitate Tech for four and a half years and would not have left if it were not for the fact that I relocated to a different state. The company culture and people are excellent to work with and the work is interesting. The company constantly looked to support their employees and put culture first. If you are considering taking a job, I highly recommend it.

Salaries are lower than industry average.

Access to Leadership, corporate vision, values, individual contribution is highly impactful and celebrated by team,

Cons

The only con is being a remote worker. There’s a growing effort to pull more people into the Atlanta office, which will be a plus for the culture and the growth of the company.
