Amazing company culture with lots of flexibility and work-from-home options. Great opportunities for career development. Surrounded by many smart, driven people. Reasonable workload - never felt overwhelmed or had to work too much.

Cons

The company has a bit of a legacy feel, so it's not as modern or fast-paced as the big tech companies in Seattle.

Flexible work schedule. Managers are approachable and shows an interest in your ideas. Coworkers are some of the nicest people you will meet which makes collaborating on tasks/projects a positive and productive experience.

Cons
