Pros

Very good work life balance, friendly office environment, good product that generates decent revenue, Mac book pro for engineers, company supports people when needed.

Cons

Company vision/direction needs to be clearly communicated. Most of the folks are working in a comfort zone, push them to work hard.

Positives : Good Company ..Good Facilities, Good Salary, Nice Goodies, nice Infrastructure,Nice entertainment programmes, Nice Food, Good Work Environment, Nice Appraisals

Cons

Negatives : Bad Discrimination , either learn Tamil or get lost . Tamil People here have very bad regional feeling. This is right from the Top management.They always command non-tamil people .None of the employees here know Hindi :D Learn Tamil before you join this company.People are not open to help each other.
