Great Atmosphere

Pros

I can definitely say that the energy and family atmosphere has kept me with the Colonial Family for many many years now. Not only have I learned a lot along the way, but have made long lasting friendships with my coworkers! The business has surpassed many competitors out there and is continuing to expand rapidly and successfully!

Cons

The only con I would say is keeping up with the company growth.

Pros

This is a family run business that is growing it’s products and services year over year. Management and ownership care about there employees and always look promote within instead of hiring new. Ownership treats the entire staff every Friday to lunch, which is a nice incentive. I see many negative reviews that could only tell me that these employees were either let go for some reason or disgruntled in general.

Cons

Training- Training in general could use improvement. They were working on new training program.
