Pros
Easy to get into with no prior experience. I definitely came out of the job knowing a fair amount more technically than when I went in, but a significant portion of that was things I had to learn by myself/what training did not cover.
Cons
Pay was not very good for the work expected of you. There's too many variables in troubleshooting a Windows PC and finding a solution for it within a single phone call for it to be worth $12.50/hr in my opinion, even if half of the time that solution involves having it sent somewhere else or scheduling a technician for repair.
