CTGers practice good listening skills so coworkers feel comfortable voicing ideas and opinions. Our inclusive work environment ensures that employees know their voice matters. In terms of benefits, we hope you heard our recent exciting announcement! On our town hall at the end of September, we announced a significant decrease in our 2022 employee benefit cost. Our leadership takes employee feedback seriously and therefore committed to lowering employee costs for the third year in a row. We hope employees are as excited about this as we are!
