Leadership is transparent and communicates regularly about company goals and performance. Opportunities for growth and internal mobility—hard work is recognized and rewarded. Great benefits package, including generous PTO, health coverage, and flexible work options and additional health and wellness perks.

Cons

I absolutely loved the hiring experience at Confiz. Though the HR team is based in Pakistan even the senior members of the team were available throughout the process and very accommodating.
