Pros

Working at Cozymeal has been a rewarding experience. As a UI/UX designer, I've had the unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO, who is not only is smart but also a true visionary. He provides clear direction and constructive feedback that has helped me grow professionally and push the quality of my work. The collaborative culture stands out — I get to work cross-functionally with various teams, supporting different aspects of the business beyond just design. This level of involvement makes the work dynamic and meaningful, and I feel like my contributions are genuinely valued.

Cons

As with any growing company, there can be fast-paced moments and shifting priorities, which require flexibility and adaptability. Sometimes, you might get a project that needs to be completed within a few days. But for me, this has also been a valuable part of the learning experience.

Pros

Leadership is very flexible in terms of hours, scheduling, workload etc. As a global company with employees all over the world, leadership is willing to accommodate everyone's unique circumstances to make things as efficient as possible for the entire team. The CEO is a deeply engaged leader who fosters collaboration at every level. They are also receptive to feedback and willing to listen to any ideas you may have. In addition, they are always willing to have productive, solution-oriented conversations whether it is about meeting business goals, adjusting priorities, or ensuring a healthy work-life balance. I’m proud to say that I love our product and its real-world impact. Seeing how our work directly impacts people in tangible, positive ways is incredibly rewarding. And even though our company primarily works remotely, there is a sense of camaraderie at Cozymeal. Working with my team often feels more like collaborating with friends than simply doing a job. That supportive atmosphere makes our shared goals and successes all the more meaningful. One of the highlights of working at Cozymeal is our annual conference. Each year, the entire team gathers in a fun city for a memorable few days of connecting, learning, and celebrating. Even for newer employees, who may be meeting everyone face-to-face for the first time, it often feels like we’ve known each other for ages thanks to the strong virtual relationships we build day in and day out. While the conference includes productive meetings and discussions, there’s also ample time to enjoy great food, drinks, and stunning views together. By the end, we head home not only inspired by what we’ve accomplished, but also stronger and more close-knit as a team. But I think most of us would agree that it often like we already know each other because of the great relationships we build virtually. But being able to spend quality time together in person

Cons

Because Cozymeal operates in a highly competitive industry, the work environment can be quite fast-paced and demanding. During the most demanding times, juggling multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities can feel intense. While this pace can foster rapid skill development and keep things exciting, it also means there’s a lot of pressure and sometimes less predictable hours.

Pros

I've been working as a writer for Cozymeal, focusing on creating content for profiles and the Cozymeal magazine, and I can confidently say it’s been an incredibly positive experience. There’s a consistent and steady flow of projects, which keeps things dynamic and engaging. The team is very friendly and approachable, always willing to offer support when needed. One of the best parts of this role is seeing my work come to fruition quickly—there’s an immediate sense of satisfaction when content is published. It’s rewarding to see the tangible results of my efforts. Overall, I highly recommend this role for anyone looking for a creative environment with a strong sense of collaboration and accomplishment.
