Positive reinforcement among coworkers. Great new leadership with efficiant results. Training through hands on work in an enjoyable way.

Cons

Short staff. There was a bit of a big change in maintenance and we are still rebuilding the dept. It is coming along great but we still need a few more good techs to fill the roster.

Their commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement sets a great example for the entire organization — truly the best engineering department in the plant! The current department manager is one of the most ambitious and results-oriented leaders I have ever seen, inspiring the team to reach new heights every day.
