Within 2022, we leveraged Salary.com to help identify gaps in our compensation structure and further efforts to ensure equal pay for all employees. Clear and consistent communication is a priority for our leadership team, people team, and managers. A key initiative behind this theme includes identifying and employing a communication plan that will increase the frequency of how and what we communicate.
