Pros
Decent pay/benefits. I liked the sandwiches in the cafeteria, does that count?
Cons
There are some really talented people, but some pretty incompetent ones as well. I still don't know what a lot of the managers did all day apart from meeting-hopping. There are lots of lifers who are just straggling along in unnecessary positions and there is pushback to improve existing systems that are obviously broken. I was being under-utilized in my role and found myself stagnating. Two internships and 1.5 years as a full time employee was enough for me. I don't suggest staying there long term as there are not many opportunities to advance.
