Pros

Overly compensated due to toxic leadership

Cons

I worked here for about 3 weeks, and decided to part ways due to the anger and yelling from the executive. Turnover rate is astronomical! The people working there hide in fear and have no backbone to stand on. If you're not getting yelled at you're being gossiped about. As a women in construction for over 25 years, I expected better from this company. Do better and you'll attract better!

Toxic and Hostile Environment from Owner and Management

Pros

They pay higher than most presumably because they know they have created a hostile work environment and micromanage employees.

Cons

Owner and management avoid communication and only have something to say when they are micromanaging and if you stick up for yourself, you will be targeted for even more severe abuse. The turnover is extremely high and they violate harassment laws regularly. Management is comfortable slandering employees to other employees.

None, no benefits at all.

Cons

There is no management to say the least. Rate of attrition is very high and there is no reward for hardwork. Company culture is very toxic and micromanagement is at its finest. No efficiency in workflow and no process of admin. They really like to berate and abuse their workers and think its fine.
