Pros

Delaget is a great place to work. Very collaborative environment with no office politics. Competitive pay and benefits, especially for the size of the company.

Cons

Occasional growing pains pop up. Often this is around unclear responsibilities when it comes to supporting new products. Even in these scenarios, I've seen positive collaboration between teams in determining what's best for customers and coworkers.
