Pros

Not many. Work with some interesting technology

Cons

Clueless leadership. No career track. Over worked, under paid. Constantly being lied to by people that work here. Leaders with no college education. Rude and disruptive behavior or co-workers with no accountability. Lack of institutional control. No HR Department.

Not much, TBH its poorly managed and there is little to no direction

Cons

long hours, unrealistic expectations, poor leadership, disgusting managers, lied to on a continual basis, no oversight, no human resources, no ethics
